1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom items, or final sale products (clearly marked at purchase).
2. Refund Process
After I receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing may take 3–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days.
Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).
Return shipping costs (you cover these unless I made an error).
